About 15 years ago, I read in an aviation trade journal of a private pilot who died from injuries sustained during the crash of a small general aviation plane. When the family went to get identify the body, the pilot's prized Breitling was not on his wrist. All concerned denied that he was wearing a watch when the body was recovered from the wreckage. Fortunately, the FAA had taken pictures during the recovery effort, and the pictures showed as clear as day that the decedent was in fact wearing his Breitling when his body was loaded into the ambulance. I don't know if the watch was ever recovered, but do recall that a number of people wrote in to share anecdotes of property stolen off of bodies somewhere between accident sites and the time of identification.

Disgusting.

He should have his medical license revoked. His actions are a sad indication of what has happened to mankind. I think it is called greed! Was it not enough that at some point in his career, if not now, he would be earning a decent living?

Let's recall that allegations are just allegations.

I'm reminded of that guy who was put to death in Texas for arson that killed his kids. After he was killed, arson experts examining the evidence said it was probably NOT arson. Additionally, during the tragedy, he set his head on fire trying to get in and save the children. But by the time the MSM had it for a couple of days he was suddenly labeled as making no attempt to save them at all.

So, even if this guy did steal the watch, we don't know what efforts he made to save the lieutenant. For all we know he could have tried his hardest to get the man's heart going again.

Heck for all we know, the woman who all-too-conveniently led the police to the watch could have been in on the theft.

I hope he gets fired and prosecuted. A Dr. of all people. I don't have faith in doctors. They all are paid by the large cap drug companies. And the majority are persuaded to prescribe a particular brand over another to keep their compensation up. I rarely get any help or relief even when visiting a dr.
