Difference between YM/Sub bezel?

So, the Yacht-Master bezel will turn in both directions, but the Sub will only turn in one direction. What is the difference between these? Is it just a different click-spring? Or are there other differences?

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

I'm pretty sure I have seen a pic of a Pt/SS bezel on a sub in this forum some time ago.
