Where to buy GMT II Bezel inserts in NYC?

Hello all

I'm looking to buy a GMT Bezel insert in NYC today.
Does anyone know where I can source one? I called my local Tourneu and they do not sell them.

Thanks!

I'm guessing you can probably go to the Diamond District, or to the big Rolex Service building.

The diamond District is located here:
http://www.diamonddistrict.org/home.html

Lot's of stuff, they might just have what you're looking for, but I haven't really looked for bezels in that area. Maybe others can help you out.

You might be able to buy from RSC NY but will have to return the original to them.
The other option [not practical, I know] is travel to London, visit RSC @ St James, buy the new insert and have it installed with the original returned to you. My wife did the same in Munich. Rolex Europe knows how to treat customers, although that might change.

Tourneu told me there is a 4 week turn around period to get the bezel replaced.
If there are any other options please let me know. I'll check the diamond district.. but sounds like a wild goose chase to me!

Diamond District will have tons of parts but their authenticity may be questionable.

Well there are pros and there are cons.
You can haggle with the people, but you should be very careful in that area.

There are some going on ebay - how can we verify the validity of an insert?

I'm off to London next month and that's what I plan to do. Rolex USA is a pain.

The others are correct, Rolex USA will not sell a seperate bezel insert without taking the one in your watch in return. It's weird, but that's the way it is! I got the black insert for my 16710 in Scotland no problem.

This is more than weird, it's just wrong. It's like going into a shoe shop, buying a pair of shoes, and the shop demanding to keep your old pair.

I'm glad RSC in London is not like this.Is there some kind of logic to this that I am missing.
