Sub no date lug holes
Why does the sub non date still have the case with lug holes.

Rolex simply haven't updated it - they've barely changed the design of it in the past 20 odd years, apart from the change to the 3130 movement, hence why it's known as the 14060M (modified). You'll also notice that it uses the old style bracelet with hollow end links
