Icon2 Rolex Price List Database Project

I would like to create a spreadsheet/database of Rolex prices per model over the years (starting in GBP but then expanded to other currencies). I have looked across the net but cannot find anything similar. Does anyone have any old UK pricelists that they could scan into PDF format and email across to me? I have the November 2005, March 2008 and February 2009 lists but nothing more than that.

Once the data is present, the various trends per model across each country can then be plotted etc. My email address is [email protected]. Alternatively, if you know of any websites with them on please reply with a link from which I can download them.

Many thanks in anticipation!

The Spreadsheet is building nicely thanks to comments above plus other research. What would really help would be a scanned copy of the October 2008 UK price list (ie have the March 2008 and Feb 2009 lists) and any price list for 2006. Also, does anyone know if there was a price rise early in 2005 (I believe there was one in Nov 2004 and Nov 2005)?

Thanks again. Once the spreadsheet is looking more complete, I'll post a copy on TRF.

As I have only recently got into Rolex watches I don't have any price lists that may help you. Good luck with the project as I would love to see the finished result from a GBP perspective as I just picked up my dial swapped SS Daytona yesterday and when I put my name on the list it was £4,850 and ended up buying it for £6,170!

That would be brilliant, the more data the better - could you please scan it to a PDF and email it to [email protected]?

I'm taking the spreadsheet back as far as I can take it.... the more data the better. If you could please scan each pricelist to a PDF and then email them to [email protected] that would be great.

Phil, I will try and remember but it's 4 weeks 'til I can do it as I work away from home.....if the project keeps going the posts will remind me....however if you want to send me a PM at the beginning of next month to jog my memory I will be only too happy to help

I have a copy of all the UK price lists issued since 1997 - I am currently in the process of identifying all the price lists issued since 1980 and am hoping to add copies of at least some of them to my collection. Unfortunately I am working out of the country at the moment but will be back in late December - if you send me a PM then I will scan all the lists I have and forward to you. Good luck with your project.

Not far off..... I used to be an Auditor!! As someone relatively new to collecting Rolex, it is helping me to understand the evolution of the ranges over time (as well as providing a good insight into the prices). Will upload the latest version of the spreadsheet shortly once I've finished loading my current data into it.
