Fake??
This was passed down to a friend whose father passed away. The story goes that his father recieved it as payment for a debt about 15 years ago.
There is no number engraved on the case. There is a laser marked crown on the side of the case and two others on the case back. The caseback also has engraved into it, "made swiss" and "Rolex". The hologram sticker on the back has the ref# 16233 which I believe is for a TT Datejust. My friend and I think it's fake. What do you guys think? |

May take.. (but keep in mind there are some great experts here that can chime in)..
It's a fake. The "0" on the 40 is thicker then the others, the laser etchings on the side or back were not done, and the hologram with a DJ number is just wrong! I'm sure there are other things people will point out with better eyes then mine.
