Old one - but a fun one.

A man is in his eight sided house. Each wall has a window in it. Every window faces south. A bear walks by, outside the house. He sees it through a window.

What colour is the bear??? More importantly, why? (zero credit for guessing)

The only way a bear could get that rich is if it sold it's coat and then the bears colour would be crimson red...
