The inner clasp is fake also. Notice the scroll work is incorrect compared to a genuine clasp. Notice the loops which I have circled. They both come up from the bottom. One loop should be on the top and the other on the bottom.
This is the same seller that I threaded with the 5513 Submariner with the gold dial. Looks like his streak on ebay might be coming to an end.
