Here's a sneak peek of what's to come! Hopefully I'll have it operational this weekend. Stay tuned!

I need some help guys. I don't have a real Panerai watch to build this from. I assume the small dial on the left is for the seconds hand - is this right? Also, does it sweep, or tick?

Yup the small dial is seconds and it sweeps.

I am not an expert and I don't know which watch you are modelling. Here's a pic of one of the Panerai gmts:

There's normally a 12 and a 6 on the dial.

Look forward to the finished product.

Great, Thanks! The watch is fully functional. I just have to design the seconds hand and create the 12 and 6 that's on the dial - these are quite unique and I don't have a font that comes close to matching. It looks good ladies and gents - I think you'll really like this one! I should have it up tomorrow!

I gotta say, I think I prefer the Luminor over the Rad. The hands on the Lum are more distinctive. The Rad hands have a Rolex look to them. Not that that's bad. They just don't seem to fit a PAM.

Ed, you mean in the two pix provided by Clive and Jeff?

The hands on the one Clive provided are off an 88, and are only on the GMT and Subersible models. All other PAMs have hands like the ones in Jeff's pic, but vary as they may be black, tobacco, silver or gold in colour, depending on the model.

Shows you what I know about PAMs. Suffice it to say, I like the Luminor that Clive posted better than the Rad that Jeff posted. How's that for being specific?

I think I'm done. I can't upload it right now, so it'll be a few hours before the Flash file is available. Here's a still for you to look at. Let me know if anything looks wrong.
