Ebay auction--Do 'V' serial TT Subs have a paper certs?

This Ebay auction, 180450052099, is a TT blue dial sub with a paper warranty cert. I thought all the new "V" came with cards vice paper certs? My 'M' series came with a card. Is this legit?

The paper certificate appears to be blank.
New V series Rolex watches with an engraved rehaut are sold new with a plastic warranty card with a matching serial number.

Thanks! Thought it was a major red flag. Hope he (wooddoordepot) gets the hook before a buyer gets burnt. Happy New Year to the forum members!

The warranty paper is a counterfeit, the color isn't even correct.
