I can tell you for a fact that goods bought on the black market, money changing on the black market, production and selling of fake goods, illegal wildlife trade and illegal drugs all help support not only organized crime but terrorism as well.

Can not give specific facts here, you will just have to take my word for it, as I have worked before in the counter terrorism fields and international law enforcement fields.

And another thing about fake goods, is as a poster above brought out, they cause the company (ie Rolex, LV, etc..) to have to get involved legally which cost money. Those cost pass to the consumer. That maybe one reason prices of Rolex Watches continue to increase.

Only problem with this is that so many things are accused of funding terrorism from GASOLINE to DIAMONDS. Where do you drawl a line?

With anything illegal. Fake goods, drugs, illegal wildllife trade, human trafficking, etc..

And if you know a company has direct links, then you do not buy their products.

It is not unreasonable to think that the flow of funds to certain terrorist groups has slowed due to laws put in place in various countries since 9-11. So although some groups might be good for cash, others could be finded through the sale of counterfeit goods, as many of the above stories (and others) suggest.

That is some scary shit!!!!!!

What a world we live in!!!!!!

Impressive!! 35 post and not a single post.

Although I don't wear fakes, I must admit I have the urge to buy a fake leopard print Daytona, with or without 'Rolex' printed on the watch
