I say go for it, remember "situational awareness" and ENJOY the watch you DESIRE. That 18K Gold Sub and the GMT IIC pops with plenty of "WOW" factor.
As far as punctuation and proper English; didn't we already have this discussion? It's a forum where we discuss our passion for watches, period! I may be a college professor, but I'm not going to "correct or admonish" anyone's poorly written prose, and I don't think anyone else should EITHER! I mean geeze, no one writes p e r f e c t l y! |

If you have to ask then you are obviously not a policeman. Just that the term scroat is used by those in the British police. And the 'job' is what they call the force.

as for a previous question, the 18k Sub is a YG 83 model which would hopefully be available for £6750/7000 |

The problem with all gold watches, including Rolex is, they look a bit too car salesman for my taste. The TT on the other hand looks just right. The white gold and the platinum could be mistaken for the SS models(obviously if you put them side by side there would be a difference). I didn't Cambridge was that rough. I have had, many years ago, a SS Sub date stolen out of my house, and i live near Liverpool. But get the watch you want anyway.

To the OP. Personally I would probably get a TT rather than a YG, but it varies a lot from person to person if YG looks good on you or not. With my pale scandinavian skin color, there is no way that I will ever be able to wear YG. Try them both om and go with the one that looks best.

Both the YG and the TT models are spectacular.
Only the $$$'s get in the way. How are you Jim? I hope you and your family are well. Nice to see you 'stepping in' Jim. I would have in the past but have been advised to 'turn the page'. Apparently I am not as subtle as others might be. Give my regards to Bo.

I don't think YG is vulgar in any way, but I agree that it may not be for everyone. Personally, I find the YG Blue Sub to be a very handsome watch, perhaps even the best-looking of all Rolex's YG lineup.
