The LV was introduced in '03, back then Rolex was not engraving the rehaute ring.
Same can be true for warranty card - although I'm not 100% sure.

2007 was the year when the rehaut engraving was introduced, so there will be a period where that transition caused a bit of a gap. there is no set date of intro, not even the AD's were aware when it was going to happen as there were older stock still available

My LV is not engraved and I have a card. I still wouldnt spend this kind of peso on a watch just based on those two photos.
