Question for all my NYC neighbors...
Does anyone have experience with Manhattan Watch Repair? I hear good things about them... I called to inquire. They use genuine Rolex parts and their work looks really good.

Last time I went straight to Rolex on 5th ave. My watch wasn't moving at all. I paid about 600 bucks. When I got my watch back, I was amazed how nice it looked. It looked like new. Rolex not even repair it, they also polish the whole watch. I was very happy.

No experience with them but if you use them, ensure they can access Rolex authorized parts.

They look professional, also I was checking on yelp and other various review sites, they have been given good reviews. If you go that route let us know how it goes.

How much are they quoting you, and how does their price compare to going directly to the Rolex 5th Avenue store? If the difference isn't that great, you should probably go directly to Rolex for the peace of mind...

I use them all the time. It's top of the line service, faster and cheaper than Rolex.
Service cost between $350-$450 depending on the work your watch needs. I can 100% vouch for them. |

R1@160@alltimes brings up a good point. In your experience, are they using or have access to Rolex genuine parts?

Never tried them, but curious to hear more experiences with them. I brought my sub to RSC NYC and it was $650 for regular maintenance + 4 weeks. If this place is cheaper, faster, with the same quality...

I'm going to stop in tomorrow and get an estimate for service. I called earlier in the day and they assured me they used genuine parts, but how can I be sure?
