These indentations cant be fixed, you can remove more material too, but then you have thin lugs. If it were me, I would have the mid-case replaced, you lose your serial #, but who cares, you get a fresh casing and can get on w/your life. Get a new Service Case, I did once !

You will likely be charged for the new service case too, so take that to the guy that ruined it, if he doesnt pay up, then "out" the guy !

Wow, I didn't know that could be done. Can filling and then polishing be done instead of [just]polishing out a case to remove deep scratches and dings, so as to avoid the over-polished look that cases get over time?
