Well the way I see it.. it's only popular amongst women because you can attach ANY strap to it in ANY colour and it looks great... I wouldnt say any PAM is a womens watch.... they are big, bold and make a hell of a statement. You can change the look of it dramatically with straps and even a bracelet (you'd have to get an adapter to fit it tho). I say go for it and enjoy it!!!!!

If I end up going for a 44mm model instead of the 241 40mm - I'll let you know I have a GREAT SC Strap in 22mm with a nice pre-v style chunky buckle that will look great on your 49!!!
