All these comments about the price!
I felt good about it on Saturday night, but I feel even better about it now. Out of interest, what's been the cheapest LV sold through the forum? I've been back tracking and the lowest I found was $4950, and that was without the ROLEX etching on the sidewalls - plus it was used. Can't believe I managed to get it never worn for $4500 with tax AND from and AD AND with 1 year 9 months to run on the original Rolex warenty! Maybe the timing had something to do with it... I did go in at 5:50 pm, 10 minutes before they closed. Perhaps they had a VERY slow Saturday. |

Eric, where in Philly are you from? Do you visit Govbergs much?

I'm actually slightly outside Philly, closer to king of Prussia. What about you, whereabouts in the Philly area are you from? And I haven't been into boyds/govbergs lately but apparently I should go and check them out to see what they have in stock soon if they've got deals like that!

Service was exceptional, especially for the reputation that Boyds has as a stuck-up retailer. Will def be 1st on my list next time I'm in the market for something. |
