DSSD squeaky bracelet?

Hi guys,

I bought a brand new DSSD on tuesday this week, and I noticed right away that the bracelet is a bit squeaky-squeaky when I shake my hand...

It's the first link/SEL connection, on both sides that are having this strange squeaky-door-like-sound.

Anyone else?
I mean, it sounds like it will need lubrication. But I won't start lubricating my brand new Rolex...

I'm not wearing the bracelet very tight, I can get my little finger in between my wrist and bracelet.

It sounds silly... Like I had a small bird inside my watch.

OK, I'll try that.... I'll post my wife's reaction to me washing it....

I do shower with my watch on, so I'm not overly convinced that this will work.

The squeak will come and go. Do as moviefreak says and all will be well.

Showering with your watch and actually washing your watch are two completely different things. Showering with your watch is simply getting wet with it, washing your watch is removing the dirt, dust and grease build up out from in between the links etc... While I never noticed a squeak on my Sub, my BM did, so I took a toothbrush to the bracelet and haven't heard a sound since Good luck. I know how annoying hearing that little squeak can be. I hope the cleaning works.

No worries, enjoy the squeak while it lasts

Your watch is just trying to get your attention so that you will look at it.

Peter
Mine has stopped the squeaking, so it's old now.

They are wonderful... even if they squeak sometimes....

Good one Jocke!

Jag har för det mesta samma problem. Smycken åt henne på samma gång brukar fungera.
