I was just thinking about this yesterday!
Me: 14060m 16610 (or new ceramic model) 16613 WG Daytona YG DD white dial with romans (or is that the rose gold model?) Platinum DD with ice blue dial WG Sub Explorer I Explorer II white dial SS Daytona white and black dials Dad: YG DD 16610 16613 Mom: she doesn't really care about watches, so I'd let her pick Girlfriend: she wants a Sub (I've trained her well ) and whatever else she wants. That's not too much to ask is it? Tyler

Well for me, I would immediately put in an order for the 39mm Explorer. I would then go look at some GMT-Masters, Yacht-Masters, Submariners and DateJusts.
My wife would keep her Quartz Raymond Weil (she doesn't appreciate automatic watches). My brother would keep his Swiss Army military watch (he doesn't appreciate nice watches, period). My brother's 33 year old boy would get to choose any S/S Rolex (unlike my brother, he gets it). My brother's 31 year old daughter would get a Costco $500 gift card so she wouldn't feel neglected. My wife's brother's niece, who I adore, would get a 31mm S/S DateJust with white gold fluted bezel and white dial with gold sticks on a Jubilee bracelet. Since she's 14 1/2 years old, she would only be able to wear it under Mom's direct supervision to family functions until she's 19 years old. Actually, she and I sneeked away and visited a Rolex AD a couple of days ago while her mother and my wife were looking at clothes at a nearby store. So I know what she likes.

If I won the lottery, I'd probably use it to get my own watch shop up and running. Get the Rolex agency, then I'd have all the time in the world to choose In all likelihood, I'd probably get a SS GMT IIc for every day, and a Platinum DD II for those special occasions

GMT IIc
Another 16710 on a Jubilee or a Fat Lady TT Oyster Quartz LV Milgauss GV New TT Sub (Noire) Day-Date on President Or at least the GMTs, but I'd be happy with just one of the above.

If I won, I'd let everyone pick whatever they wanted.

LOL! I would get my wife the new chocolate DJ with diamond 'VI' numeral dial. The boys are covered and I'm happy with my collection. But there's some room left for a WG DD..
Cheers! |

I like the way you think...
We Pinoys must think a like. I forgot to add that I would donate a Leopard Daytona and a zebra datejust for TRF to raffle off.
