Vintage Rolex precision circa 1966 manual no date

I need to know how much do I wind this thing? 20x ? and is it good idea to wind it fully? will it break the watch? How much reserve does it has ? 24hours?

Just do it

Turn it for about 30/35 times, fully.

You won't kill it.

36-40 hours reserve.

You wind a manual wind watch until it stops........... at that point it is fully wound...
