Click on "report item" with the listing on Ebay . Select the appropriate options , and give them a short explanation as why you think it is fake .
This may need the big guns like Dave to get rid of high number feedback sellers , but all little bits help .

Excellent job, well done, the seller has feedback that is in good standing. Why would someone jeopardize that feedback is an interesting situation.

This doesn't seem to be an isolated case . We come across this far to often . To me many highly rated sellers with the help of Ebay take advantage of their status , it creates a false sense of security with potential buyers . They blindly trust the rating and dare not question the authenticity of the products of those sellers .
You will find that a listing of a perfectly good watch can be easily removed when it comes to a 0 feedback seller , whereas a blatant fake from a high volume seller will remain listed even when it gets many reports .
Disgusting , but this is how Ebay treats their customers .

Good luck getting that taken down... imho every listing they have is suspect.

Here is the thread I started on this seller.... I have basically been told that they are too big to take down.

I wouldn't buy a single solitary thing from them period.

There is nothing that the "BIG GUNS" we have here on TRF cannot take down or have invalidated in due course . Or there is always plan B ... say hello Michael !

Seems to have lasted a while, looks like an old POC!

It's not too to get them taken down, just report them for things other than being counterfeit that Ebay take more seriously.

I wonder if this guy actually has any legitimate Rolex listings at all... Or if the pictures do appear correct and correlate with the information in the listing... then I question if he actually has the watch at all.

Gut feeling on my part... but there is a lot not right with this seller.

This shitbag needs to be stopped! How the hell can these people get away with this stuff? These are supposed to be reputable sellers and are taking advantage of their status with EvilBay!

There are many things wrong with the watch in the listing below... but also look at the papers on this one .... This is the watch that made me question this seller myself. I was under the impression that nothing could be done about this seller since they are much more entrenched with Ebay.
