New Submariner LN Ceramic
Anybody have any idea when the new Submariner will hit stores in the US with the black ceramic bezel?

I wanted to get one as soon as it came but now I have decided to buy it after 2 years when all the hype and the steep price goes down. So went ahead and got the GMT2c instead for a discount.

As a general rule, new models reach shops in August/September time. However, Rolex may push forward the release of the Sub given its importance in the range, and I expect waiting lists as well, so it may be several months before you can actually get one at your AD.

The hype may go down down after a while but in an AD the price only has one place to go UP!
The MSRP is $7,250 and I think it will take a long time for AD's to start discounting them and by then the price will no longer be $7,250... |
