I'm a big fan of the entire heritage line...I really have my eye and on the non chrono 46mm with the cream dial. I love the mesh and some of the vintage appointments. I don't have first hand experience as that is probably what your looking for.

My second favourite Breitling after the B01.

I have an SOHC in black, the same as the photo you published. I also have an Avenger Seawolf. The SOHC is claimed to be 46mm, with the SA coming in at 45.4.

For a 0.6mm difference, I'd say the SA feels quite a bit smaller on the wrist. Having 7.75" wrists, I'm OK with the larger size.

I can't really compare the weights because I have the Ocean Classic bracelet on the SOHC, and a leather strap on the SA. But the SA disappears on my wrist whereas the SOHC always seems to be present.

One last comparison: The lugs on the SOHC are angular with pronounced edges, where the SA is almost melted onto the wrist.

Appearance wise, the SOHC is stunning. I wear mine at least as often as I do my SA and GMT Master II. None of what I wrote above should be taken as negative feedback, but only as informative input.

I have the non chrono super O heritage 46 in black.
Came with the rubber strap, which I wore for about a year
....and then I was able to score the steel mesh bracelet.
I get the most compliments now with that set-up than any
other watch I own. I love it , very substantial a
on the wrist........great choice .....enjoy

Thanks a lot Michael!

I wonder if you can post some photos about the SOHC

I would be delighted
