My vote is for...

'Yeah, sure, I believe you!' In your dreams, maybe.

18K Rolex when you're 17, indeed.

You kinda have to feel a little sorry for the tough decisions young people must make these days. When I was a young lad that age, my most difficult decision was do I use my funds to put gasoline in the tank, or buy more beer.

Everyone is either:
1. Being constructive
2. Believes the OP is lying
3. Believes the OP is some sort of "spoiled rich kid"

All the above points have some pretty good supporting information.

I have no idea what the reality is...but if it is the case that his aunt wants to buy him a gold Rolex, we should not be petty and jealous about it! It is a free market! [I would have been extremely happy to get a YG Rolex for my 18th b-day, though I would have sold it to help pay for grad school].

Yeah saw the GMT in his sig as well, the funny thing is in a post on his 17th birthday it was already in his Sig as he was quoted that at his age he already had an amazing collection,(he was quoted on his sig) he said he had all the watches in the sig including the Gold GMT

Rather strange me thinks.

http://************/showthread.php?t=104711

Read the above and you will see what I mean, by this logic it aint his 18th Birthday until December, guess he must have done an outstanding job on his aunts car and she gave it to him early!! lol

Well Submariner man:
A lot of requests for you over here.. can you post some pics of that wonderfull collection ?
I especially love the YG gmt wich you got from your aunt !
The only pics i found on this forum were the blurry ones of the LV... such a waste of that fine collection when you don't share the pics !
Looking forward to them..

B/r Michiel

ps @ clogger: when you change your signature today, all your post of the past show your new signature.. So that is not a problem..

I know the Signature changes in all posts when a member updates it, read the thread I quoted, his actual signature was quoted ie his sig was copied and pasted into a message by a member at the time, this then can not change and reflected his signature at the time which contained a YG GMT!!, ie he had the GMT in his sig before this thread was posted.

I am not calling the OP a BS artist, just saying it is rather strange.

My pick would be the stainless steel gmtiic 116710LN. I dont like gold on my watch. Save the rest of the $$ for something else..may be another SS 16610

Anyway, I'm having trouble deciding which Rolex I should get! I've narrowed them down to three, the Submariner 116618, the GMT-Master IIc 116718 LN or the Day-Date II 218238. So, which one would you choose and why?
Kid, you got way too much money to blow for an 18-year-old. Buy a Shelby instead if you have that kind of cash!

At that age, that $&#* would get stolen off your wrist so fast... I kinda doubt anyone gets a YG Rolex on their 18th. (and it HAS to be YG)

I wonder why the OP is not responding... if you click on his name and go to his profile he was on TRF/active yesterday.... he could quickly clear a lot of this up for everyone.

Mate have you seen the SIZE of ME in the 'mugshot' thread???

I'VE been mugged & yet the OP knows better 'cos he "only wears his watches around the house".... & according to his earlier posts already owns a gold GMT anyway.

FFS I'm bored of these people......
