Your lucky Rolex or other watch

It is rather difficult to say whether any inanimate body brings you luck, People collect Buddhist temple beads.some people put items to thwart the 'evil eye'.
Personally not believing in any superstition I have always felt that when I wear my GMT 1993 I do better than normal. I would like to hear your views.

I'm not really into superstition so I don't think "luck" has anything to do with how life goes. Many factors go into living a good life but narrowing your exposure to foolishness, maximizing your acqusition of wisdom, and learning to be content in all situations are 3 simple means of "living the good life!" Watches don't play into it.

I'm not really superstitious, but I've noticed that I get compliments when I wear my Explorer II - but the compliments are never watch-related.

It's usually a "nice shirt", or someone comes and talks to me about my car at a gas station, or an unusually large amount of haircut compliments. All the time I'm thinking "Doesn't anyone notice the white dial beauty on my wrist?".

For me it is not luck; rather it is a feeling of appreciative and gratitude for everything that comes my way. Somehow that attitude of gratitude opens doors and experiences that are beyond anything I could “luck” into. If an object is a symbol that reminds us of that feeling or reciprocating relationship we have with life, than great ….whatever works.
