"The Hulk" ?????

I don't like the ceramic LV's nickname (The Hulk). Does anyone else feel the same way? If so let's hear some alternatives. Personally I'm in favor of no nicknames but let's hear them if you have them!

Neither do I, I don't care for any of the nicknames given to Rolex watches and have never used them.

Yeah, I pointed that out in a thread earlier today. At the end of the day, once we are far enough removed from the 16610LV, I think people will simply call it a 'Green Sub'.

I'm sorry, but I love the 'Terms of endearment'

Bluesy
Blacky (what I call my TT black dial Subc)
Platty
Yachty
Panny (my Panerai)

I especially love 'The Hulk'

and an Incredible Hulk it is...

I think that many take these watches too seriously...

This hobby is about having fun!

It's not a religion, so it's not sacreligious. I like it a lot, but I don't worship my watch. I say call your watch whatever you want.

RIS memorize every model number and use them in everyday conversation.

I don't like Hulk either. I like "Greenie", even though I called the LV that too.

Yeah, all the nickname stuff doesn't appeal to me too much either. But, I do have trouble remembering all the actual model #'s so an occasional nickname does help with the poor memory!
