Narrowed Down...024 or 111
My search has now been made much easier; thanks to all you TRF'ers. I posted before that I was looking to get my first PAM, and it come down to the 111 or the 024. I like "tool" watches a lot so that is why I am diggin' the submersable; but the 111 is a classic, refined design that first caught my attention in 2005 when I made a trip to an AD in Birmingham. It's a tough one. So my question to all of you now is, if you have the time(no pun intended), if you could please post me some pics of them on, so I can get a feel for how they look in the e-world.
Thanks for any and all help/advice! BGH |

both good choices. I personally would go with a 24 because its an auto, and whichever you choose, those Panerai go real nice with light brown croc straps

If it's your only PAM, I'd go 111. I do love the 24 though.

Tough call.
I'm a big fan of the 24. The watch has a ton of presence and with the rotating bezel gives a lot of versatility. The 7750 movement is rock solid and keeps supurb time. The 111 is closer to Pam DNA and honestly it's movement is again tough as nails. The sandwich dial is so.......amazing!! I had a 111 and was extremely happy with it. If a manual wind is something you're thinking about it's a fantastic choice. My 24, The 111 that went to a great home, |

Simple...if you want a casual/dress watch choose the 111, if you want a sports watch, choose the 24. Plan to own both of these eventually, you can not go wrong with either choice. They are 2 of the most popular Panerais Luminor models.

I own both and do not know which one to recommend as they are both great to own...One is sportier (024) while the other is very versatile...
