As usual some will love it some will hate it. I was not a fan when I first saw it in pictures. I have had one on my wrist now for a week. I love it. The dial color is very dynamic, the clasp is smart and the bezel is smooth as silk. It seems to me to be a very acceptable evolutionary step in this line. I agree with the OP who observed that Rolex is designing for a new generation and I wouldn't expect Rolex to do otherwise as this is one of the reasons they are the enormously successful company they are. If you like it get it and if later you don't like it you won't take that big of a hit when you sell it. That's just another reason to love a Rolex!

If the 9 % tax is causing you to hesitate in your decision to buy the watch it would be best if you waited and either saved up some more money or at least give some thought to your financial positiion and whether or not you should be spending so much on a watch. If you truly have the means,,I would suggest buying it while you can..if you dont have the means,,do not put yourself into an over extended financial situation for a luxury watch. Just my advice.

Now you really have to go check both of them out. Remember try is free and buy is not. :)

So what happened?

Did you go see them? Does the green look as good in person as it does in the pictures on this forum?

Damn, I'm going to have to go myself. Where's the check book.
