A quick line or two

Just read through a certain thread and the feeling I come away with solidifies my belief of the truly good folks from all walks of life who may impart their knowledge regardless of their activity on this site.

The lengths that members will take to help someone in need is incredible.

I know I may have flamed a member or two, but know the intentions were intended to be good.

Anyways, it seems people always find time to b and moan... except on this site where thanks are given on a daily basis as it should.

These last four months of being a registered member has been fun, insightful and a continuing learning experience for me.

With sincere thanks to all and I look forward to being a part of this family, as long as I'm welcomed

Okay off to see the Texas Ranger's vs the M's.

Joel

Cool post. I haven't been here long either, but I would have to agree as well. Alot of very helpful and good natured people can be found here.

It's a very large membership and so there are some less-than-mature apples in the bunch......

But as a whole, TRF is one of the best watch forums around and some truly knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge contributors..........

Thanks for the couple of lines Tex..............

I definitely agree. I have only owned my Watches for a few months, and been a member here for pretty much the same period. The amount of knowledge i have gained about Rolex watches and Rolex history after joining is remarkable. And this is of course just because there are so many people who are willing to share their passion.
I also find it very inspiring with the way people welcomed me when I joined, and I try now to do the same whenever I see someone posting their first posts.

I will definitely be part of this community for along time.

Have a great weekend!

Thanks, glad you liked it... I've always enjoyed visiting as a guest and I would be drawn in. But I would purposely stay away from here since I didn't own a rolex.... you know how that is...

Have to agree with the assessment of this place. A lot of very cool people. Of course you do come across a posting occasionally that makes you scratch your head but what do you expect with such a large membership. There are rude people in all walks of life.
