Love Italian .. we have it twice a week ! We only recently found this little pizza place which looked really tacky each time we went past and hence never went in . An Italian friend who's daughter goes to the same school of my son invited us to go for a pizza one evening ... it was there ! Great food ! Italian owners and "pizzaollo" . They have a trucker that does Milan-Barcelona each week bring ingredients for them .

Everthing good....but....Light Olive Oil....Madon' !!! Extra Virgine...First Pressing..a must.
I remember visiting the Old Country and harvest of the olives. When the olives were pressed , Grandfather would toast thick slices of homemade bread on a wood fire , the bread was dipped in the first pressing of the oil and I can still taste the beautiful ,peppery flavour... then the oil would catch the back of your throat , making the eyes water. I can still get total recall when I dip good bread into a quality oil, sweet memories.Forza Italia ! |

Love Italian cooking was married to a Neapolitan for 20+ years. had my share of great food and it was good except for the oysters, brains, and tails..... had a hard time with those items! I do miss my pasta e fagioli al mare
