Buying and selling watches - advice please

Hi everyone, I am after a bit of advice and I'm sure you guys will be able to give me some wise council. I am considering having a go at buying and selling a few watches as a bit of a hobby. It seems like a good idea to combine one of my biggest interests with the possibility of making a little profit.

Any words of advice on how to start? Where you buy from and how best to sell? Any words of warning and any tips on success?

I've been thinking things through for a while and am trying to gather as much advice and opinion as I can before taking the plunge.
