SD wrist shot

I took this pic yesterday while standing out in the yard. I think this is the best wrist shot I've taken of the SD!

Good shot, Jeff. At the end of the day, it all boils down to proper lighting.

Very nice photo, Jeff. I have found that natural light shots outdoors seem to always look the best. Classic Rolex!!!

Yep, lighting is key. Taking pics outdoors has always given me the best results. I also try to take them early morning or during sunset when the sun isn't quite so blinding.

Just took these OUTDOORS a few minutes ago. That's right, as you can see from the date, it's Monday afternoon here.

See! Natural outdoor light, especially on a sunny day, can create some fabulous photos. Those are the best pics of your Rollies so far, JJ. Natural and fully saturated with color and spot-on sharpness. Excellent!!!!

Hi Pat,

Thanks for the kind words. I'm using a new CANON Powershot A-550 model. Just upgraded from the SONY Cybershot - I wasn't very happy with it.

The Canon is a 7.1 mp camera with a 4x zoom. I've, of course, used the MACRO mode with Flash OFF.

Cheer - JJ
