My AD in Albany, NY "Hooked me up!"

For those of you who missed my first post, the end link on my #5513 bracelet was in need of repair before something happened.

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=136034

After reading some of the advice from other members I decided to pay a visit to my local AD. I by-passed all the sales people and asked to speak with their Rolextech. He came out, looked at my watch, answered a bunch of my questions, went back to his work area, called Rolex, came back and said "No Problem". $50 for the end link, $10 for the rivet, two days for shipping, have it done with in the week. This was the INSTALLED/adjusted price. I tried to hide the sight of my jaw dropping thinking that he must have made a mistake. Sure enough, a week later I get the call, "Your watch is ready".
I couldn't believe it was the same watch. Workmanship is perfect, clasp is the best it has ever been, looks like he spent some time making it nice. He probably felt sorry for it and said "This watch is a real roach, I can't work on this or give it back in this condition!". All I can say is "Thanks Rick, great job".

The weak link:

Sorry for the poor images, I need a DSLR for macro work..........
