Canadian Rolex price increase
I stopped into my AD a couple of days ago to pick up a current Rolex catalogue for Paul the VTC guy, and the manager gave me a heads-up that Rolex has a price increase scheduled for Canada some time this month, September.

My AD says the same thing...but says that the rumor is that the NEW models would not be affected.
So the Sub-c should remain as is....I would hope. It's a short lived intro price if so... |

I'll swing by Royal De Versaille if I can to grab a new price sheet.

prices are suppose to be raised, heard from royal and nash in toronto and london, respectively...
i too have been told that the new models would not be subject to the regular price increase- but they're selling at a premium anyways... ex: no discount on any of the new Ceramic models but know that prices are -20% for other models. canada has got to be one of the most expensive places to buy a rolex- the states being one of the lowest... watches are subject to sales tax, or harmonized tax (provincial/government) of 13%... |

It actually equates to a 15.25% discount since the tax is charged at the discounted price not on the full retail. and a 30 percent discount equtes to a 20.9 percent discount.
