Pepsi insert arrived today

Just received a 16710 insert late this afternoon.
My Z series "stick dial" 16710N originally had a factory installed black insert.
The insert change took only a couple of minutes using my trusty Omega case knife to remove the GMT2 bezel.

Nice! You have to love the versatility the 16710 offers!

Way to go Mark.

I just did the opposite. I have an original 16710 GMTII Pepsi and I just got a BLK bezel insert.

I bought it at a NAWCC watch show for $20.
It is a Victorinox product.

Beautiful Mark! Love the Pepsi! Hey BTW, when do we get to see the "remodeled" Daytona with the WG dial you got from Thomas? Can't wait to see it. Cheers.

Good Job with the insert !!
But the use of a knife even if it is Omega leads to unwanted scratches.
Take extra care when you use it .

A Rolex certified watchmaker showed me how to remove the bezel on a GMT.
I stick a piece of packing tape to the lug so the blade never actually touches the watch case
