I'll go with Gus on this one. For me, it's the 36MM TT DJ all the way.

To the OP: If it's on a worldwide scale, definitely and by a long mile, that would have to be the 36 mm TT DJ on Jubilee.

For a TT, i'm saying the classic DJ is still king for the masses.

A classic in every way, Gus. It was my first Rolex, and has a special place in my collection!

36mm DJ on Jubilee with champagne dial is what many people think of when they think of Rolex - it's probably the best seller in the Datejust range

I think it will take awhile before anything dethrones this champion. If and when it happens I would imagine it might be the 41mm version.

I don't think so and the reason is quite simple.

The millions upon millions who are the main buyers in Asia and the Far East are people with small-boned structure and would be more comfortable with the 36 mm or even the mid-size models.

For them, the 41 mm would be way too big!!

I'm with the majority (at least right now) in going with a 36mm DJ. Classic look with a two tone bracelet and champagne or black dial. Thanks, Dave

JJ
But JJ isn't Panerai a more popular watch in China right now. The Panerai is a larger watch than 41mm.
