Rolex to Modify 14060M Sub ND !?
Last week I spotted a BNIB [V] serial 14060M Sub ND @ my AD for 4900 US$ after discount.. I really like this Sub for its simplicity/symmetric dial/lugs holes and vintage like looking Rolex.... thinking of adding it to my Rollies!
Do you think is it a fair price? Do you think it's wise to grab one now as it's still available? Do you think it will maintain a good reselling price after years? Do you think Rolex will modify it soon (Max.Case& Dial/Ceramic/Bracelet..)? Last thing.. Are for/against modifying it.. Thanks.

There have been lots of thread recently about this very subject mate. Have a little look if you get the chance.
As for my opinion, I agree with padi, I love my 14060m and the only thing id chnage would be the band and clasp because the new one is more adjustable. I have no issues with the fliplock, it has always felt very very solid. The ceramic Subs are very nice but im still not completely sold on them. I think if I was given a choice i'd keep my Sub and get a GMT c |

Go for it! It's the most beautiful Sub, IMHO, and has the most DNA from the original. Also, I think that's a great price for a BNIB from an AD.

i love my no date sub. probably the most comfortable watch to wear on a daily basis. i bought mine (non COSC version) about 6 years ago preowned for under 2500. to me that was a steal. i would buy it again for 4k so i think you are getting a good price on a great watch. if you dont like it after a while you can always sell it. seems like people like these no date subs around here so shouldnt be a problem.

Personally, I would not get a cosc 14060m with the rehaut engraving. That's just me. Mages the watch too blingy IMO
