How to get my rolex regulated where do i go?

Okay i don't wear my rolex every day and i have it on a wolf winder. Today 8 days in on this month i am 26 seconds slow which follows my prediction that i am loosing 3 seconds a day in this position. I want to get it regulated where do i go to get this done? I went to my AD about it last time he started all this talk about how maybe my time source i'm using to compare it to is off and the positioning of the watch. And i understand but when i used to lay it face up all the time it was loosing less than a second a day i would like it to be faster when face up so when it's on the winder it shouldn't loose 3 seconds. Where do i go do i drop it off at Rolex Canada and if so where is rolex canada?

Well thats could be your problem while on a winder your watch is on the same plane and axis all the time.Myself would not even think of any regulation for such a tiny deviation your watch is showing 99.997% accuracy now.Yes most would like a slight gain but even if you did have it regulated on the watchmakers timing machine to be say +2 seconds but on the wrist winding machine it could be different myself would be happy with present accuracy for any mechanical watch. Try wearing it more it could improve but,but no mechanical watch is going to be 100% accurate any price and any brand very close yes.

If 3 seconds a day is not accurate enough you should consider a quartz watch (or therapy for your OCD ).

why would you need regulation at +3 seconds? I would only consider regulation if it was out of COSC and even then I wouldn't be pressed about it.

You don't need to get it regulated. Wear it and enjoy your Rolex.

I've been gaining about 5 sec a day since I purchased my Sub in May. I simply set my watch a minute slow at the beginning of the month and by the end of the month I'm about a minute fast, then I set it again. Not too much of a hassle...I wind my watch once a month, might as well set the time while I got the crown unscrewed.

A watch will run faster when it is worn than it will on a winder.. It will also pick up some time when it is laid flat as opposed to hanging on a winder...

At this point, I do not see why you would want to take it to be regulated because you don't know what it is doing, except on a winder...


In any event, any watchmaker can regulate your watch......... It is a simple operation......

is the watch you speak of your Sub-C? if so i would say its too new to tell. you should wear around and wait a year in my opinion before you have it regulated.

i have a GV that runs fast, maybe a min or 2 a month. i will make a note of it when i send it in for its 5 yr in 2014 and have it regulated then. it bothers me to some degree because my 3186 and 3135 in my Sub-C are both spot on to the second. as fyi i dont use watch winders, i just wear wear wear.
