how many twists of crown fully charges the watch? Fifteen? 15 shakes auto charge too?

As said, it is generally accepted that 40 full winds will wind a Rolex completely..
As for shaking it... not sure that this is the way to go. The auto wind does not wind as quickly as the crown because it is expected that it will see action throughout the day.. Based on the ratio of rotor rotation and it's movement of the winding gear, I think that about 900 wrist rotations would give it a full wind.........
