Hey Mike, I think the domed bezel just brings the "class" level of the President up a few notches... know what I mean?

Just a little fun... I have the identical Meteorite Diamond dial/diamond bezel on my 18K President!

I normally prefer a fluted bezel on DJ/DD
Having said that, I think the domed works best with this particular dial (my 2 pence)

Now we need to change the dial to silver Or black with sticks - you will get even more compliments.

I think with that dial I actually prefer the smooth dome bezel.

(did I REALLY just type that?)

You hit the nail on the head. The diamonds distract from the fantastic and unique dial. I would love a smooth bezel meteorite DD.
Looks fantastic now! If you want more diamonds, get a pinky ring.

Sorry...Have to say those diamond markers make the watch look blingy and cheap. You see those diamonds on most knock-off attempts.

I think they really detract from the classic lines that the DD would have with just simple markers.

Maybe the diamond bezel didn't get much comments because whoever looked at got blinded by all that bling... hhehehe.. just a joke..

I think the domed bezel is the way to go!

the rounded bezel without diamonds is elegant. that watch is fantastic in the right setting.

One hell of a watch you got there! I personally like the domed, then fluted, and lastly, the diamond. It sure it blingy with the diamond bezel though.
