The movement is dirty, the dial is done, looks like the crown/tube have some problems, and it has a $5 aftermarket bracelet. It will take a lot of money to bring it up to snuff, and at the end of the day it will never be a clean, original watch. I'd estimate current value at around $600 - $700 tops.
