Smurf would be a grail.... but the DD Ice Blue would be ultimate contemporary grail.

was a rolex - until I bought one - (GMT-II coke)
then it was the next GMT - until I bought one (116710)
then TT GMT - which I own now (116713)

I am not really interested in moving up to the all gold GMT or any other rolex

so my grail is the AP RO offshore (until I buy one)

Possibly a 1665 Comex SD if money no object

In the real world - a mint Red Sub or maybe an Omega Speedmaster 376.0822

Mine is waiting for me at the AD..The Black dial SS Daytona...This will be my last for a long time seeing that 4 Rolex watches should leave me feeling content for a long time...I cant see flipping any because they are all so nice..

I wont consider watches that are way out of my range because that keeps you 'wanting' and i dont like that feeling....I like feeling content.....

Well, I should be satisfied with my sub and gmt particularly
as only three years ago, I never thought I would
own a Rolex. I am already blessed. However, I'd love a yg
green dial GMTIIC and ifvi had even more dough... Maybe
a WG sub with blue saphire and diamond bezel with princess
cut stones. Reality says neither will happen.

Early on, (20 or so years ago), I wanted a TT DJ. They were so popular and iconic, but I couldn't afford it. So for my 30th B-day I got a SS Sub. Really liked it and then grew to love it. Always wanted a TT DJ, preferably with a white face and Roman numerals. That was until I saw a TT Blue Sub. Best of both worlds, a rugged Sub and TT. I had to have it. That was, and still is, my grail. I got it for my 40th B-day. Going on 10 years and still totally love it. 50 is around the corner...maybe a GMT Pepsi...but very happy with what I have.

Start of the year my grail was a ss daytona. My fiance bought it for me as a late engagement present.

Then it was a sub lv. 1 month later bought by her as a early wedding present.

Im now aiming for a milgauss. Hopefully I'll get one by xmas! lol.

Vintage Grail - as mint as possible Red Sub or Meters First Sub

Modern Grail - WG Sub or YG Sub, either one would be just dandy!

But really, pretty much any Rolex sport model would be my "grail" as I still haven't got one yet

I was lucky enough to get my grail in Sept. Was searching for it for close to 6 months as I wanted to wear it to my wedding in Oct. I got it... (a FULL set at that) thanks to a GREAT seller, 2 weeks before my wedding date and was lucky enough to ear it on our special day:
