Depends on the condition of the watch. Generally speaking, a seller is more likely to garner better interest and be able to ask a little bit more when you have all the paperwork, etc, but that doesn't mean there's not great value in the watch, especially if it's in good condition. A potential buyer may want to take a trip to the local AD to verify authenticity.
Assuming the watch in question is in good condition, that is, signs of use are limited to normal wear for a watch of that age, I would say in the neighborhood of $3500. Maybe less considering that there are no accompanying Rolex documents.

If it's in good condition, the price should be between USD 2750-3300...
