everose dd2- options

I was originally disenchanted by Rolex's everose gold after seeing the daytona in person. Then I saw the DD2 (after the advice of Mike on my last post) and it seriously made a huge difference... the gold no longer looked so coppery. So I will most likely buy one within the next month or so.

I originally wanted an oyster bracelet; my question is: do you guys think it will be an option for the dd2 in the near future? If I go with the president, do you think it will grow on me... what are you all's opinions on oyster vs presidential bracelets? And for dial color, I saw and loved the pink with black romans. Then I saw the chocolate dial online... anyone seen this in person and can compare? What are your opinions... please!!!

The Day-Date II is a fantastic timepiece. Only Rolex knows what's coming in terms of bracelet options, but the Super-President bracelet is awesome. Check out my photo album for a few pics. For everose, I happen to like the pink roman concentric dial option, but they all look great. Best of luck in making your decision!

I'm a huge fan of rose gold and I recently saw the DDII in rose with the chocolate brown dial, it looked stunning. Cartier has done a few watches with rose gold and chocolate brown dials and they all look great too. This one is my favorite with this color combo:

I know what you mean as I had tried on the everose gold Daytona at a Rolex event a few months ago and it didn't look right....to coppery as you put it. On the other hand the Day-Date II seems to be better suited to rose gold with the right dial and braclet. See what options are available at your local AD.
Cheers

I tried on the chocolate dial in Vegas. I thought it was an awesome watch. I say go for it.
