Fake

This seems in far too fine a condition to be so old. Any thoughts? Thanks |

Ok, it is coming from Turkey. No returns accepted because of "customs". Then look at this seller's feedback. The negatives say "obvious fakes".
Then for something really interesting... Same seller http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=360329457119 The insides of the Breitling and Rolex look the same. Then look at the dials of the Rolex and Brietling, aside from the name and color the layout is the same. Very suspicious!!! |

Yes, I think you've found the tell.
I'm not expert on watches, but I've been looking for an old Rolex Chrono ever since I saw one at a vintage store. I'm being very careful and will probably end up buying from a local dealer at some point, assuming I can find something decent for less than 12K. Thanks for your thoughts. |
