Has anybody here ordered a Thomas Preik caseback for their GMT2c?

Seeking some confirmation here.

(Tried Thomas - but he seems to be busy)

As mentioned in Sheldons excelent review of the different casebacks - the new gen. Preik caseback he received did not fit his GMT2C perfect. But it fits the older GMT's.

Now I noticed that Thomas Preik has 2 casebacks for GMT's on his site.

One for the GMT2c, and one for the older series of GMT's.

The price (and the pictures) are exactly the same.

Has anyone ordered one of the GMT2C ones - and can say something about the fit?

Can it really be that nobody ordered one? After Tools gave mr. Preik a great review and a free banner, I recall several people saying they would buy one.

Im just looking for some confirmation of what you actually get when you order a GMT2C caseback.

Sheldons GMT2 caseback didn't fit his GMT2C perfectly, and Im just wondering if Preiks GMT2C caseback fits 100%. The pictures are exactly the same, so I suspect that you just get the same GMT2 caseback if your order the GMT2 or the GMT2C one.

Is there a difference between the two products in Preiks store?

(Preik has still not answered this question)

Well obviously you have answered your own question. If he has two casebacks available, one for the older gmt II's and one for the new gmt IIc's then it would only make sense that you would order the one for the IIc. There is probably a very slight difference in fit but im sure in pics they would appear the same.

I think he is awaiting new stock due sometime in January.
