Basel News... >>>>>>

I heard the Leopard Daytona will be available in a cheap edition with rat leather strap and zircon instead of diamonds... also a Pink Submariner Victoria's Secret edition will be released... and a Stainless Steel DayDate "aka" the Vice President will be introduced...
They are also introducing the Poor Mans Sea Dweller with Depth Rating to 10mt... And I believe a Dr Pepper GMT too...
Also Rick Astley will be nominated as the new Rolex Face for 2011 ...
But again, I can not confirm or deny any of this... I will check with my sources to see if all this is true.. and get back with more reliable info...

You know that pink "submariner" is actually available . . . also in blue, white and other colors . . . not from Rolex though, obviously.

It's $50 and quartz and looks similar to the sub although it's plastic. First time I've seen a rubber bracelet that mimics the look of steel so closely.

I just called one of my sources and I have been told Rolex bought the complete design of the sub you are showing and they are going to try to upscale it a little bit more... besides.. that is not VS Corporate Color..rofl:

Since, the new Sea Dweller goes to 10m, I think Rolex will call it the Pool Dweller. :)

I believe there will be watches at Basel. There will also be people who watch the watches. Also, there will be those who watch those who watch the watches.

It will be a Grand time.
