Anyone know this eBay buyer?
Not sure if this is allowed or not, but figured someone here might know him/her.
rolexbuyer310 ?? Bought a watch from me and never paid, or answered an e-mail. And stinking ebay policy I can't even leave negative feedback for him. So every buyer will always have 100% positive feedback even if they are a totally deadbeat. |

I am not new to eBay - I have been selling on there since 2001, but this policy where buyers can just not pay and there is no way to let other sellers know just really ticks me off.
This way I can warn a group of others to watch out for him |

Isn't the expected transaction process begin with "where's the money" before you ship the watch? Sorry to hear this.

Neither am I but to me it's more important that the seller has good feedbacks.
Flaky buyers come and go and there's nothing you can do about it. Maybe your item was overpriced and he just got caught up in the moment? |

I think it's important that everyone has accurate feedback. If someone doesn't pay there should be a way for a seller to make that known.
There are 2 other bids within $ 50 of his, and the one before that is $ 100 less. So I don't think it was overpriced. It sold just about where it should have based on conversations with others here and locally. |

You may want to consider following eBay's non-paying bidder's policy to get your fees back and put a strike on the guy's record. If it happend enough, eBay will take action and restrict the guy.

I will post him in Watchout.
I am not the only one he stiffed I just found out, and I will definitely be filing an unpaid claim to get my fees back and give him his strike. Second chance offer to next buyer has been accepted. Hopefully he will be a better payer. |

as for MONBK. saying the guy got caught up in the moment etc etc, well he entered into a legal and binding contract. Why waste peoples time and money. The least the buyer could do is say is i changed my mind or make contact of some sort. ( not that hard is it) So basically, i completely diasgaree with you.

My point was that this happens more times then I can count and there's nothing you can do about it. I've been on e-bay since 99 and have over 6,000 feedbacks and if I would post everyone that doesn't pay you'd be reading about it for ever. |

on ebay, selling is the easy part .... but getting paid is the tough part ... and even after getting paid, the buyer can return the item and you are screwed.....Ebay policy are like its employees: FULL OF AHOLES .... Just look at Meg Whitman ...
So until feedback is left for you as a seller, nothing is final .... |

I guess I have been lucky and have had few non-payers.
I just hate people wasting my time, especially on what is (for me) a high ticket item. And I guess what bothers me the most is their latest feedback policy, so I am spreading the word where I can. Anyway I have filed an Unpaid Claim, the second chance buyer seems to want it, and I can move on and get my new Rolex |

Open a case with eBay. If the winning bidder doesn't make payment. Their account would be probably banned.

Ebay is just looking to make as much fees as possible. The non-paying buyers problem does not interest them for more than 1 second imho (don't ask me how I know).
