My Attempt at Macro shooting
Some macro and not so macro shots that I took recently. Nothing though compared to those posted already here at TRF.
Here is my poor attempt at macros again: PAM 104 Rolex 16610 IWC 3717-01 Thanks for looking ;)

Good attempts, thanks for sharing. Are these photos cropped from bigger ones?
Were they done using tripod? If tripod is used, try to shoot in manual mode, and make the aperture as small as possible, while it will extend the shutter to for example a few seconds. This will give the highest depth of view, i.e. wider area on the photo will be in focus. You may also want to use manual focusing as well. Have fun! |

Thanks guys.
Actually, no tripod was used. Plus, I only have a P&S to deal with so I simply used it with a handy loupe =) Thanks for the tips 2careless

Cool, that explains it. The loupe introduced a lot of chromatic aberations, as well as restricting the depth of field to a very narrow band.
