What kind(s) do you have in mind My sauce is really a combination of ingredients and spices... besides LA and Trappey's hot sauces if available, I also use Dave's insanity sauce. I still have hot peppers brought back from Ischia which will go into the mix.

Mine are Bhut Jolokia peppers, native to India. I grind the dried fruits into powder. Very tasty, for those who enjoy hot peppers. Heat is a slow, gradual onset.


BTW, I had to look up Ischia. Never heard of it before. Next time I go to Italy, I'll check it out.
